Water-efficient multifamily coin-op clothes washers installed in apartment buildings and condominiums in the Saving Water Partnership service territory are eligible for rebates.

Rebates are available for clothes washer purchases or lease agreements of 5 years or more. The more efficient the machine, the higher the rebate.

• Two Star machines: $100 rebate
• Three Star machines: $125 rebate

• Confirm that your building is in the Saving Water Partnership service area.
• Buy washers that are eligible for rebates (see list on application).
• Complete the LaundryWise Rebate Application (pdf).
• Send the application with copies of receipts for purchase and installation.
• Your rebate should arrive in 4 weeks.

Financial incentives also are available for:

• WashWise washers (non-coin-op) in apartments and condos, used either in private units or common area laundries.
• New construction projects that install WashWise machines
