- Irrigation system improvements - rebates up to 50% of project costs for water savings equipment or landscaping.
- Commercial laundry - $300 rebates for efficient coin-op machines or up to 50% of large system improvements. There may be an additional $200 from Puget Sound Energy.
- Conventional food steamers - Cash incentives of up to $1,250 for replacing inefficient food steamers with efficient ones with rebates from both energy and water utilities.
- Cooling and refrigeration systems - rebates for up to 50% of project costs.
